Try installing XP drivers in Compatibility mode and then check for the issue.

Follow the steps below to install the drivers in Windows XP SP2 Compatibility mode.

a. Access the below link to download the XP drivers:

b. Right click on the setup file.

c. Go to properties.

d. Click on Compatibility mode.

e. Place a check mark in the box in front of “Run this program in compatibility mode for” and from the drop down menu choose Windows Vista SP2.

f. Place a check mark on 'Run as an Administrator' under privileges level and click on Apply and then Ok.

g. Now double click on the setup file to initiate the install.
